We strive to reduce the barriers to treatment by offering clinical services to our clients in the comfort of their own
homes. We offer in-person home visits, telehealth video appointments, community appointments, and assistance
with clinical case management.
At Foundations Counseling New Hampshire we treat our clients with respect and compassion and recognize
the importance of keeping a family together.
We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all treatment plan, so we use a variety of evidence-based practices to match each family’s needs.
Our team of licensed counselors is dedicated to supporting clients during and after their involvement with DCYF. Our goal is to help support the safety, permanency, and well-being of families through the flexibility of our services and years of experience in the industry.
